Gina's band consists of Ron Labriola on Guitar Ron has yet to give us a bio. He is way too busy being Ron the Rock Star. ; ) states Gina and Steve Mullooly aka Gina's voice of reason - on Bass! Steve started out by playing air guitar in his friend's basement listening to Kiss' Destroyer album. It was only by default that he ended up with the bass because Tommy played the drums and Michael's mother had bought him a guitar for Christmas. "I had to play bass - it was the only thing left." Who knew that 20 some odd years later, Steve would be donning actual greasepaint and portraying the God of Thunder in a local talent show with friends. Music has always been a part of Steve's life, from performing in a choir growing up to studying the bass through his younger years and finally meeting up with Gina. He credits his ancient taste in music to his older brothers, who had original pressings of Black Sabbath, The Chambers Brothers and Led Zeppelin. "I've always enjoyed bands where the bass truly played a prominent part of every song." taking cues from rock bass pioneers like John Entwistle, Jack Bruce and Berry Oakley. Steve also enjoys listening to the ska show on WRHU, reggae, jazz or appreciating all of the varied talent offered underground at NYC's Penn Station. Steve loves a song with a good groove and plenty of soul. Making him another integral fit for Gina. The band is currently rehearsing a new Drumer and we will add info here once it comes in!
